Flash Painting

Experiment with painting and illustration completely in Flash. It was a new process of discovery and adventure. I'm pretty pleased with the results.

Brian! This is Michael Narren from back at the old AC. This is really nice, but there's one trick everyone did on backgrounds. Take a jpeg of paper texture, bring it into the file above everything else, make it a symbol and turn it to like 10% alpha.

It'll throw just enough texture on the thing to make people wonder what program you did it in, and it takes five seconds!

Great stuff! Hope you're good!

Hey man! Thanks for checking out the site! That's a great suggestion about the texture opacity. I'll scan some cold press paper and give it a try.

How's things been with you?
