I love working in animation, but sometime one of the side effects I find is when I spend all day drawing, I spend less time drawing just for myself.  But then sometimes I also find myself drawing dinosaurs for no particular reason.

5-Second Day Film

Today marks my 1-year anniversary working at Titmouse, Inc.  It's been a wild, busy, strange year!  Here's my film for Titmouse's annual 5-Second Day Film Festival.  I originally intended to animate it but something about the key poses appealed to me to let it be.  If you can tell me what this thing's about I'd very much like to know.  

Met Sketching

Impromtu sketch day at the Met.  Lefebvre's "Graziella" and and Ruckstull's "Evening".  I plan to go back and study them again.

Ipad Sketches

Breaking in my nifty new Adonit Touch stylus on the subway.  Sketching on the iPad still takes some getting used to but this stylus makes it so much smoother.
